These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, member area, paid plans, newsletter and tools provided by Satoshi's House ("we", "us"). By accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a paid plan. By using the service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. The Service

Satoshi's House is an editorial portal about cryptocurrency, blockchain, decentralized finance and digital finance. It includes news articles, in-depth guides, member tools and a newsletter. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge for the chosen plan and period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your billing portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with consumer protection laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

5. Crypto Payments (USDT BEP-20)

For one-time payments in USDT on the BNB Smart Chain, you must send the exact USDT amount displayed at checkout to the wallet address shown. We verify the transaction on-chain. Payments below the expected amount or sent to a different wallet are not credited. The transaction hash is unique: it cannot be reused for more than one order.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not abuse, scrape or attack the platform.
  • Do not bypass authentication, rate limits or paywalls.
  • Do not impersonate other users.
  • Do not upload illegal, defamatory, infringing or harmful content.
  • Do not use the service to facilitate market manipulation, fraud or any other illegal activity.

7. Editorial Disclaimer

All content on Satoshi's House is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the site constitutes investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and risky; you may lose your entire investment. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, source code, design, logos, articles, illustrations and other materials are owned by Satoshi's House or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may share article links and short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish full content without written authorization.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

Our content may include quotations, charts, prices and links from third parties (CoinGecko, exchanges, blockchain explorers, social media). We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satoshi's House and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data or trading losses arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless against any third-party claims arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, the clauses that by their nature survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, except where mandatory consumer protection law assigns jurisdiction to your domicile.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the new Terms constitutes acceptance.
