Terms of Service

By accessing or using Satoshi's House you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Service: the Satoshi's House portal, apps, APIs and tools.
• User: any individual or entity accessing the Service.
• Content: text, images, data, videos and any other material published via the Service.
• Plan: subscription tier (Free, Pro, Premium, Trader Premium).

Certain features require an account. By registering you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the authorization of a legal guardian.
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You maintain a single account per person; duplicates may be suspended.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe in BRL or USD.

• You choose the currency at checkout; future changes follow our then-current rate card.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle; you can disable renewal from My Account.
• Cancellation stops auto-renewal; access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
• Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades apply at next renewal.

Refunds

United States: digital SaaS sales are generally non-refundable once service has been rendered. European Economic Area: consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU; however, for digital services that commence with your express prior consent, you waive this right for the portion already consumed (Art. 16(m)).

All Content produced by Satoshi's House is protected by copyright, trademarks and other IP rights. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per your Plan.

Content you submit (comments, feedback) remains yours, but you grant Satoshi's House a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store and distribute it in connection with the Service.

You agree NOT to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits or security mechanisms.
• Perform mass scraping, automated access without authorization or resell data.
• Upload illegal, defamatory, pornographic or hateful content.
• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing or sanctions evasion.
• Upload malware, conduct attacks or disrupt Service operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Satoshi's House shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from investment decisions based on the Content.

Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you to Satoshi's House during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Satoshi's House, its officers, directors and employees harmless from claims, losses or damages arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms, fraud or legal requirement. You may terminate your account at any time from My Account.

We aim to resolve any dispute initially through direct contact. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their domicile under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain applicable.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or site banner at least 15 days in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
